Elliot Knight graduated from the University of Auckland in 2013. Over the past decade he has been involved in the development of large scale residential subdivisions completing over 400 houses and sections throughout south Auckland.

In recent years Elliot has focused on add value investment in commercial real estate with noticeable projects being Orakei Bay Village, Hellaby’s butcher buildings on Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead and recently completed ‘Takapuna Building’ as well as various other projects across New Zealand including luxury waterfront residential property in Auckland. Over the past 10 years Elliot has completed on average over $1m of commercial leasing per annum and completed over 120 commercial tenancies throughout New Zealand.

Elliot is a director and shareholder of KC Management Ltd which manages KC Securities Limited Partnership www.kcsecurites.co.nz.

Shane Crawford

Shane holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Management from the University of Auckland and obtained his license with the Securities and Futures Commission for dealing and advising on securities in Hong Kong, where KC group entities maintain an office.

Shane previously worked in a number of investment management and advisory capacities with Hong Kong-based listed asset managers and as a Director of alternatives advisor Brydge Capital. In 2017 Shane co-founded KC Securities Limited Partnership (property finance company) and Knight Crawford Ltd (property investment company) with Elliot that maintain ~$100M AUM.
