Managing Director

Elliot co-founded Knight Crawford with Shane Crawford in 2017 and leads the firm's acquisitions and repositioning work. He looks for commercial buildings in Auckland that aren't living up to their location, usually near new infrastructure or growth, and redesigns, re-tenants and repositions them for long-term hold.

Before Knight Crawford, Elliot was a development manager on large greenfield housing projects. There he led consultant teams through master-planning and delivery, which gave him a builder's view of cost, risk and timing that now shapes how the firm assesses every deal.

Elliot holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland (2013).

Director

Shane co-founded Knight Crawford with Elliot in 2017. Together, they also serve as Directors of the GP of KC Securities LP, a diversified commercial property investor active in direct lending and development across New Zealand.

Prior, Shane held portfolio management and capital raising roles focused on private equity and real estate at both private and listed asset managers in Hong Kong.

Shane graduated from The University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management and obtained his license for dealing and advising on securities in Hong Kong, where Knight Crawford maintains a presence.

Asset Manager

Ashley manages the commercial and administrative side of Knight Crawford's property portfolio, working closely with the team to keep our assets performing and our tenants well supported.

She holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and brings a proactive approach to preserving the value and performance of our assets.

Property Manager

Sandy oversees the day-to-day management of Knight Crawford's property portfolio, looking after everything from tenant relationships to the maintenance of our commercial and residential spaces.

With a background spanning residential building, retail leasing, and body corporate management, Sandy brings practical, hands-on experience to the team and is committed to helping our tenants achieve their business goals.
